Ted Matthews | Managing Partner

Ted is the managing partner of Queenswood Consulting Group. In addition to his role as a lead in consultation, facilitation and project management, Ted is an experienced project manager, with over 18 years experience providing strategic advice to all levels of government, public agencies and not-for-profit societies.

Rene Peloquin | LL.B

Rene is a senior consultant and member of the Bar of British Columbia. Rene’s experience lies in assisting and guiding government agencies and community-based agencies through times of significant structural and strategic change. He has provided legal advice and strategic analysis to quasi-judicial bodies and government, and has a strong track record of preparing plain-language reports to government and community-based agencies.

Andrew Benson | CMA, MBA, PMP, MA

Andrew is a senior consultant and trusted advisor to boards and management in the public and non-profit sector, specializing in organizational restructuring, capacity building and information management systems design. Andrew has held executive and senior management positions in the private, government and non-profit sectors, and is a certified management accountant and project management professional. He brings a broad range of experience and tools in several areas of specialization, including: governance, strategic planning, business architecture, financial management, information technology and economic analysis. Andrew holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Masters in Economics from McMaster University.
